Class Descriptions

HEARTS-N-ACTION
Designed for the 50+ young, beginner or pregnant individual. Low intensity cardio, bench work, chair exercises, free weights, balls, resistance bands and tubing. Flexibility stretching completes the class.
50+Young/Beginner
BODY SCULPT
Designed to sculpt the body and increase muscle mass. A combination of strength training, resistance training and muscular endurance help develop lean muscle Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
BENCH 'N SCULPT
A cardio bench class layered with strength training in order to enhance aerobic endurance as well as muscle conditioning. This class is designed to optimize a cardiovascular workout and train for strength. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
AEROBENCH PLUS
A combination of hi/lo floor aerobics plus step aerobics. Sculpting, ab work and stretching complete the class. Intermediate/Advanced
MIXER
Instructor's choice - Bench 'n Sculpt /Hi-Lo/Kickboxing/Straight Bench. Strong Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
ABS ONLY
Core stabilization. Focus on abs, obliques and lower back strength.
YOGA
Fully integrated workout targeted to improve health, athletic performance, mental focus and flexibility. Beginner and advanced modifications. Please bring sticky mat. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
ZUMBA
A high calorie burning class; upbeat, intermediate impact--can be modified. Latin style dance moves, fast paced and way fun! This is the class you have been hearing about it!
BODY BLAST
First half-straight bench, second half body shapers. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
20/20/20
20 min - Hi/Lo Aerobics... 20 min - Bench Aerobics... 20 min - Sculpt 'n Stretch Strong Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
SPINNING
A stationary cycling class. Full blown cardio with NO choreography. Excellent Cardiovascular workout!! Please bring water bottle. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
CARDIOSHAPERS XTREME
Cardio with intense, deliberate body sculpting.Strong Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
PILATES
Basic mat class designed to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, balance & body awareness in a low impact environment. Bring sticky mat & small towel. Beginner/Strong Beginner
BOOTCAMP
