(Personal training and soccer will also be available during specific sessions). Campers will rotate through 3 fitness sessions, enjoy a snack, and end their day with swim instruciton and free swim time. Class Structure will be 3 rotating fitness classes: 9-9:45 am: Karate Cardiovascular games and fitness
9:50-10:35am: Tennis Warm up on major muscles, review goals and fun fitness facts on nutrition 10:40-11:25am: Yoga Strength training fitness 11:30-11:45am: Snack 11:50-1pm: Swimming Flex-Cool Down, discuss fitness and nutritional themes; distribute handouts |
