The more you sweat during excercise, the more weight you'll lose. 

False.  Exercise helps you to lose weight by burning more calories than you have consumed.

Heavy sweating may cause you to lose one or two pounds, but that's water and only temporary.

When you're in the ot sun or exercising, sweat is simply the way the body cools itself. It has

nothing to do with permanent weight loss. The fluid is quickly restored, as is the weight that

was lost.

Benefits of Saline VS Chlorine Pools
*Saline is much easier on your eyes than chlorine. Saline water is 3000 ppm, which is 1/12th as salty as ocean water or 1/3rd as salty as human tears. The saline water helps eliminate red eyes and itchy skin caused by chlorine.
*Swimming suits worn solely in saline pools last longer than those worn in chlorine pools.
*Saline feels softer on the skin & does not dry you out as much as chlorine.
*Saline does not damage your hair!!!!

How does it work?
Saline (salt-water) purification system provides on-site production of the sanitizer necessary to maintain water in a safe, healthy & algae-free condition. Sanitizer is produced within the water. An electric current is passed through salt water in a chlorinator cell. Basically, a chlorinator cell splits the salt into sodium & chloride. It then releases a chlorine gas in the water. This chlorine gas dissolves instantaneously into the water & produces high levels of sanitizer (chlorine) which provides a safe residual of sanitizer in the pool.

Eating Healthy When Dining Out
Regardless of whether you're trying to lose weight, you can eat healthy when dining out, if you know how.
So, if you're treating yourself to a meal out, here are some tips to help make it a dining experience that is both tasty & good for you!

Ask!
Will the restaurant:
*Serve margarine rathen than butter w/the meal?
*Serve fat-free (skim) milk rathan than whole milk/cream?
*Trim visible fat from poultry or meat?
*Leave butter, gravy, or cream sauces off a dish?
*Serve salad dressing on the side?
*Accommodate special requests?
* Use less cooking oil when cooking?

ACT!
Select foods that are:
*Steamed in their own juice (au jus)
* Broiled
*Baked
*Roasted
*Poached
*Lightly sauteed

Alternatives To Frying
*Stir-frying. Use a work to cok vegetables, poultry and seafood in vegetable stock, wine or a bit of oil.
* Roasting. Use a rack in the pan so the meat or poultry doesn't sit in its fat drippings. Instead of basting w/pan drippings use fat-free liquids like wine, tomato juice or lemon juice.
* Grilling & broiling. Use a rack so the fat drips away from the food.
* Baking. Bake foods in covered cookware with a little extra liquid.
* Poaching- Cook chicken or hish by immersing it in simmering liquid.
* Sauteing. Use a pan made with nonstick metal or a coated, nonstick surface, so you will need little or no oil when cooking.
* Steaming. Steam begetables in a basket over simmering water. They'll retain flavor and won't need salt.

Four top reasons for successfull weight loss!
1.) Learn WHEN to eat---eat only when hungry and not for other reasons. Try not to eat anything heavy after 7pm because this does not leave your body enough time to digest your dinner ultimately ending up being stored to places like your butt,hips & thighs while asleep. Avoiding anything white is a good rule of thumb-Alfredo sauce, mayonnaise, white bread, white rice, & ice cream!
2.) Learn WHAT to eat- eat lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetables.
