2hr. pavilion party during pool hours: $50/members $75/non-members. Each additional hour is $25/hr. $3 guest fees will be collected at the end of the party. Adults that do not swim and Apple members are exempt from the guest fees. Each pavilion has 4 tables, 2 trash cans, lifeguard attendant, and ceiling fans. We will also keep your cake in our snack shack cold in one of our refrigerators. 2hr. private party rental: $100/members $150/non-members. Each additional hour $50/hr. An Apple lifeguard is required for an additional $10/hr. Lifeguard fee must be prepaid with party rental. Parties over 18 swimmers must have 2 Apple lifeguards. $3 guest fees will be collected at the end of the party. Private pool parties allow the use of the 3 pools, pavilions, playground, picnic site w/grill, and tennis courts. Alcohol is allowed during after-hour parties and must be cleared by owners. These parties require: lifeguard over 21 @ $15/hr, same swimmer:lifeguard ratio, and a signed waiver. All after-hour parties require min. $120 deposit and are completely refundable for rain. Cancellations must have 24hr notice for full refund. Morning birthdays can be booked in these 2hr private party increments: 9am-12pm on Saturday or Sunday Private after-hour parties can be booked in 2hr increments: Mon thru Fri 8pm-12pm**Saturday 7pm-12pm**Sunday 6-12pm. Weddings, company, & private parties with alcohol must end by 1am. Music shut off no later than 12:30am.
